Making Plans is a love letter to quiet moments — to the joy of imagining a future that includes someone special, even if only in thought.

When it comes down to it, I love the fact that I’m sitting here making plans. Plans that include you.
I don’t even know what shape they’ll take yet — if they’ll be big or small, tomorrow or years from now — but it feels good to imagine a future with your name in it.
There’s something comforting about writing you into the margins of my thoughts, like a promise I don’t have to say out loud.
Maybe that’s what planning really is: not the details, but the quiet joy of knowing who you want beside you when the time comes.
