Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated.

The withdrawal period is calculated in calendar days and starts on the day the item is delivered.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, please contact me before returning any items: charlotte@formfaktory.com

Please include:

• your order confirmation
• a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Once I’ve received your request, I will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• All returns must be sent back to Denmark

I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Form Faktory cannot be held responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

You are responsible for the condition of the item while it is in your possession.

Returned items must be:

• in original condition
• in original, undamaged packaging

Handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and function of the product may result in a reduced refund or no refund.

As Form Faktory is an artist-led print studio, all returns are assessed individually and with care.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds are made using the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery:  charlotte@formfaktory.com

Please include photos of the damage. In such cases, Form Faktory will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase
