Form Faktory accepts payments via MobilePay, Visa, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Payment is only charged once your order has been shipped.

All prices include VAT and are shown in EUR.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

The withdrawal period starts on the day the item is delivered.

How to return an item
To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

• Your order confirmation
  A clear statement that you wish to withdraw

You will then receive instructions for the return process.

Return conditions

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• All returns must be sent to Denmark
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may result in a reduced refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 48 hours:

Include photos of the issue.

In such cases, Form Faktory covers reasonable return shipping costs.

Warranty & complaints
A 2-year warranty applies in accordance with Danish law.

Please contact us before returning any items.

Returns sent via cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.

Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order items (where clearly stated)
